Bitches in Season Policy

Dave’s Dogs does not walk bitches in season under any circumstances.

This applies to both group and solo countryside walks.

Notification Requirement

Guardians must inform Dave’s Dogs immediately if their dog comes into season.

Failure to disclose that a dog is in season may result in:

• Immediate cancellation of that session

• Full fees remaining payable

• Suspension or termination of services

Fees & Notice

Where a dog is unable to attend walks due to being in season, the agreed walk fee remains payable in line with your service agreement and notice period. The walking slot is reserved exclusively for your dog.

Alternative Arrangements

Where availability allows, a home drop in visit may be offered as an alternative.

• This is subject to availability

• A specific time cannot be guaranteed

• The standard agreed rate will apply

Alternative visits are not guaranteed and will depend on existing bookings and scheduling capacity.

Welfare & Safety

This policy is in place to protect all dogs in my care and to avoid preventable risk or stress within structured small group walks.

By engaging the services of Dave’s Dogs, guardians confirm their understanding and acceptance of this policy.
