Small group countryside dog walking around Colchester
Dave's Dogs offers structured small-group dog walking with home pick-up and drop-off across Wormingford, Fordham, West Bergholt, Aldham, Eight Ash Green, Marks Tey, Stanway and Copford.
Dogs are transported away from busy housing estates and walked in carefully chosen countryside locations where they can move, sniff and explore within a calm, well-matched group. These walks are built around genuine enrichment, with group sizes intentionally kept small to protect structure, safety and the quality of each dog's experience.
Pricing
60-minute countryside walk, structured small group, pick-up and drop-off included.
£15 per dog.
£12.50 per additional dog from same household.
Spaces are limited because numbers are intentionally kept low and regular weekly bookings are prioritised. Please note that I am unable to facilitate term time only booking.
What makes these walks different?
Every walk is led by someone currently undertaking advanced Level 6 study in clinical animal behaviour, which shapes how groups are matched, how dogs are monitored, and how any tension or difficulty is handled calmly and appropriately.
Small, carefully matched groups
Rural routes selected for quiet, space and safety
Secure vehicle transport with individual crates and memory foam bedding
One-hour countryside walks
Air conditioned transport with individual crates with memory foam bedding (particularly beneficial for senior dogs)
Showered or towel-dried before returning home if needed
Consistent weekly routine
Dogs are walked off lead where appropriate and safe, with guardian consent and reliable recall essential. Where recall is not consistent, long lines may be used used to maintain safety while still allowing freedom to explore.
